These terms apply when you use the Kodori website (www.kodori.co.uk) and the Kodori app. Please read them with our Privacy Policy. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
ABOUT US
Kodori is an AI tutor for children aged 7 to 16, Years 3 to 11 (KS2, KS3 and GCSE). We teach Maths, English and Science.
In these terms, “we” and “us” means Kodori. “You” means the account holder.
Contact us: via the contact us page.
WHO CAN USE KODORI
An adult holds the account: a parent, tutor, tuition centre or school. Pupils use Kodori with that adult’s permission. The adult is responsible for the account.
You must be 13 or over to hold an account. You must give us true and up-to-date details.
Each subscription is for one named child. Children cannot share a subscription. To add another child, add another subscription.
OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU
Our contract with you starts when we send you the confirmation email after you sign up.
WHAT KODORI DOES
Kodori is an AI tutor. The AI can make mistakes. It supports learning and does not replace a teacher. Do not hand in its work as your own.
Our practice questions are original questions written by Kodori to the National Curriculum and to exam board specifications. They are not past papers and are not official exam questions.
Kodori is independent. We are not linked to, or approved by, AQA, Edexcel (Pearson), OCR, the Standards and Testing Agency or any other exam body.
Kodori checks pupil messages for signs that a child may be at risk of harm. Our Privacy Policy explains how this works.
We may update courses, questions and features, for example when the curriculum or a specification changes. If a change takes away something important that you pay for, we will tell you first and you can cancel.
USE KODORI FAIRLY
- Use it only for learning.
- Do not try to trick the AI or get around its safety rules.
- Do not share your login.
- Do not copy, sell or share Kodori’s questions, lessons or other content.
- Do not use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access Kodori.
- Do not use Kodori’s content to train an AI model.
- Do not use Kodori to build or improve a competing product.
We may stop an account that breaks these rules (see “Pausing or ending an account”).
FREE TRIAL
Your free trial lasts 7 days. It starts when you add your first child.
Any child you add during those 7 days is free until the same trial ends. Adding a child does not start a new trial.
When the trial ends, we charge the monthly fee for each child on your account, unless you cancel before then.
If you add a child after the trial ends, you pay for that child from the day you add them.
There is one free trial per family. If your family has had a trial before, you pay from the first day.
You can cancel during the trial in your account settings. You will not be charged.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
- Primary (KS2) tutoring is £24.99 per child each month.
- Secondary (KS3 and GCSE) tutoring is £24.99 per child each month.
Both include Maths, English and Science.
Annual plans are £249.90 (Primary) and £249.90 (Secondary) per child. This is two months free.
Plans renew automatically until you cancel. We take payment at the start of each month or year. We email you 7 days before a yearly plan renews.
You manage billing and cancel in your Kodori account. Payments are taken securely by Stripe.
If we change our prices, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price starts. You can cancel before then.
FAILED PAYMENTS
If a payment fails, we pause your child’s access straight away. Your child’s progress is saved. We may try the payment again. Access returns as soon as the payment is made. You can update your card in your Kodori account.
CANCELLING AND REFUNDS
- The first 7 days are free, as set out under FREE TRIAL.
- After 7 days we take payment. You keep access until the end of the paid period. We do not give part refunds.
You can cancel at any time in your account. Cancelling stops the next payment. It does not end access you have already paid for.
Your legal right to cancel: Kodori is digital content. When you sign up, you ask us to give you access straight away, and you agree that you lose your 14-day legal right to cancel when your access (including any free trial) starts. We confirm this in the email we send when you sign up.
We do not give refunds or credits for part of a month or year.
This does not affect your rights if the service is faulty or not as described.
PAUSING OR ENDING AN ACCOUNT
- We may pause or end an account if:
the account breaks these terms, - we must do so by law, or
- we need to protect a child, another user or Kodori.
We will tell you first and, where we can, give you a chance to put it right. In serious cases, for example fraud or a risk to a child, we may act straight away.
We may stop offering Kodori. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice and refund any prepaid time you have not used.
When an account ends, we keep and delete data as set out in our Privacy Policy.
SCHOOLS, TUTORS AND TUITION CENTRES
If you use Kodori for a school, tutoring business or tuition centre, you are a business customer. For business customers:

- our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim,
